  A man in Iran’s Ahvaz city has beh£@ded his seventeen-year-old wife on Saturday in front of people in Kasaei Square.  The horrific incident took place on February 05 afternoon, when the man accompanied by his brother decapitated his wife in front of many people in a city square followed by parading the city with her head in his hand. In the visuals on social media, the man can be seen holding his wife’s head in one hand and a knife in the other hand. The shocking incident was flagged by female journalists and women-rights activists on social media. The woman had reportedly fled to Turkey from Iran to avoid harassment, but she was brought back by her husband. According to news agency Rokna, the husband and his accomplice brother have been arrested by the local police after the incident.   Iran carried out the execution of five men through hanging on Wednesday, having found them guilty of gang-raping a woman the previous year.  The individuals, apprehended four days following the incident in East Azerbaijan province, were also linked to additional criminal activities.  This follows last month's execution of three men in Iran, convicted of raping women they had deceived into visiting a counterfeit cosmetic surgery clinic by using anesthesia.     NCRI – Six more prisoners were hanged in Iran on November 13 as the execution rate soars under so-called ‘moderate’ Hassan Rouhani. Two men named as Vahid Shahbakhsh and Mahmoud Shahbakhsh were hanged in the main prison in the city of Zahedan, south-eastern Iran. Vahid, in his 30s, had been sentenced to three years in prison plus execution and was held in section 4 of the prison. Mahmoud, 26, had been sentenced to death was being held in section 1 of the prison. Both men were classified as ‘security’ prisoners, a term the Iranian regime uses for the inmates that are not being held as criminals. Greenwood Police investigators used metal detectors to search the field where human remains were found 30 years ago.  A family has answers 30 years after a mysterious death in Greenwood. Human remains that were found in 1993 near Interstate 65 on land that is now Otte Golf Course have been positively identified. The remains, now known to be Michael Benjamin Davis, born in Richland, South Carolina, were Johnson County’s only known unidentified set of remains, according to the coroner’s office. Davis’ family will join local officials for a press conference Thursday at 10 a.m. They will then be able to finally claim his remains after all these years. Family members reported losing track of the individual in the late 1980s, according to the coroner’s office.
