   A man named Lorenzo encounters an elderly man wearing only a diaper at his workplace, a supermarket.

 Initially amused by the scene, Lorenzo's empathy and concern for the man's dignity soon take over, leading him to follow the man discreetly until he notice a red liquid substance like on his body but ignored. 

The encounter serves as a poignant interruption to Lorenzo's mundane and frustrating workday, reminding him of the unexpected struggles people face and inspiring him to reconsider his own circumstances.

The incident also shifts the focus of the employees, momentarily halting their resentment towards their boss and uniting them in compassion for the vulnerable man.   

Lorenzo, a cashier, encounters an elderly man displaying signs of dementia while shopping. Despite the man's lucidity and coherence, he is met with ridicule and hushed mockery from bystanders, including his own boss.
