HORRIFYING pictures have emerged of an obese Islamic State executioner bringing down a metre long sword on a prisoner’s head before a crowd of spectators.


The pictures, showing the militant dressed in army fatigues and wearing a balaclava with glasses comes just weeks after another militant, nicknamed The Bulldozer, was captured.

The latest pictures, believed to have been taken in the IS-stronghold of Syria, have led many to speculate that IS have found a new replacement for one of its most brutal executioners The Sun reported.

Pictures show the hooded militant reading out charges in front of a crowd — including children — before the prisoner dressed in an orange jumpsuit is accused of apostasy.

He is then tied to a chair and made to lean over.

The killer then brings his huge sword crashing down on the victim’s neck.

It remains unclear exactly when the shocking execution took place.

The horrific pictures surfaced just weeks after dramatic footage appeared to show The Bulldozer being captured by the Syrian army.

In video footage, the enormous extremist was seen lying topless on the back of a truck with his hands bound behind him according to the Department of Film and Sound Young Journalists Club.

He was then driven off by Syrian Armed Forces in the footage posted online by Syrian sources.

His captors can be clearly heard taunting him before he is driven off to an undisclosed location.

It was not yet clear where the footage was shot or where he currently is.

However, The Bulldozer was known to carry out his sick punishments in places including the IS held city of Mosul, Iraq. He has also been filmed in Syria and Yemen.

Information surrounding the identity of The Bulldozer remains sketchy, however some international media have speculated he is an Iranian national.

The butcher typically dressed in black robes and a mask and wielded a three-foot sword.

Just like Jihadi John, he refused to ever show his face on camera.

Regarded as Islamic State’s enforcer, one of the first images of The Bulldozer surfaced in June 2014, when he was pictured wielding a 52kg Browning machine gun with armour piercing bullets.

The weapon is usually mounted on turrets, tanks, or fixed structures.

It wouldn’t be the first time a militant of this size captured media attention.

In April shocking footage showing a large killer brutally beheading three men without a mask in a busy Iraq street.

The man who had his face showing is pictured executing three prisoners with a large hunting knife.

His size and brutality led to speculation it was The Bulldozer himself, however this is yet to be established.
