Disabled woman suspected of child kidnap, beaten to death


A disabled woman was brutally murdered by a mob who accused her of being a child kidnapper.

Footage shows the woman, Otera Bibi, being humiliated by villagers who tied her to a tractor before beating her to death.

They had suspected the 42-year-old, who was mentally disabled, of trying to kidnap a 10-year-old girl.

Otera, who lived with her parents, had walked out of the home and stopped outside a hut, it is reported.

That was when she was set upon by the mob, who were on high alert following a child kidnapping in the area the previous month.

The incident happened in in West Bengal, India.

Locals attacked her with sticks and stones, ripped off her clothes and shaved her head, a witness said.

It is believed she tried to protest her innocence, but witnesses could not understand what she was saying.

Police took Otera to hospital, but she died from her injuries, reports said.

Murshidabad Superintendent of Police, Mukesh, said: “A mob beat up the woman after a rumour spread that she was trying to lift children from the village.

“We have started investigating the murder case. We are trying to identify the people involved in the lynching as well as those who spread the rumour.”

Police detained several villagers for questioning, but nobody has been charged so far.

They were humiliated, beaten and raped, bought and sold at the local market as if they were things.  After being sold again, the women refused EN masse to serve as ISIS sex slaves and were burned alive as punishment for their insubordination.  Three murderers at Tyburn In 1751 Parliament passed an Act “for better preventing the horrid crime of murder” which specified that a person convicted of murder was to be kept in chains and fed on only bread and water and to be hanged within 48 hours, unless that would have been a Sunday in which case the execution was carried out on the following Monday. This Act mandated the dissection or gibbeting of the murderer's body after execution.  The boy who vanished in the mountains, 1969 Dennis Lloyd Martin was a six-year-old boy who disappeared in the Smoky Mountains with his family on a yearly camping trip in June of 1969.
